jesse and usher. i think ive died and gone to heaven. ya i know what you ppl say..jesse is gay gay gay. well i love love love his voice. very awesome.

as for usher. amazing. his stuff has always been and will always be amazing. (that includes his dancing).

not much going on today. id say today is pretty normal, pretty average. i think iv forgotten what the inside of a club looks like. fighting the urge to go out.

it was raining today. a lot. pretty representative of the looming exams.. not to mention the lab report due on monday.

getting wet is ok. just dont get me sick. echinacea anyone? maybe one of mums ginger and garlic drinks. yuck..almost as bad as green tea flavoured ice cream.

ok so i woke up this morning super early after spending most of last night fine tuning my 2205 oral presentation. stressed as hell.

ames called to say that he toast muching protein shake drinking brother had decided to burden her with the task of dropping him at the bus stop...at the last minute.
so after the delay we headed, in the usual delightful peak hour traffic, to uni. me still being stressed to death at this point.

as we were walking out we heard this screech...some giant truck crashed into the side of a car! (no one was hurt) as much i wanted to join all the people looking and shaking their heads...i was insistant that i get to the psych room at exactly 7 to 9. im pretty sure amy will never look at me the same again. anyways so when i got in, i fumbled around with my usb and put the presentation on the computer. i was so determined to go first it was kind of scary. i think i was actually at the point where if someone else had said that they wanted to go first... i would have cried.

anyways so after that was done i was happy, for a bit. lol had another cup of coffee. yuck. flat white is so not any better than the mocha i had a couple of days ago. no offense to you coffee drinkers but i just dont understand.

i then half studied, half listened to this group of guys talking loudly about footie in reid...took my damn stats test and went to an excruciatingly bad 203 lecture on correlation.

so then rach and i get all excited right? cos i really wanted to see a movie. so yeah..get off the bus at innaloo and guess what? nothing showing at 4 30. what a killjoy.

all ended good though :) rach and i had some ice cream and smoothie along with one of those massive cheesy pretzels and daydreamt about awesome places to go out!

im 6 lectures behind. today was pretty decent.

so today wasnt that great. i guess that will make tomoro much better though! sucks cos i really want to go to caz's tonight but i cant...cos of my assignments (and test). happy birthday caz! i know you dont read my blog but if you ever do i want you to know ure an angel and i LOVE YOU.
as for lamey (whose birthday was on thursday). you're the 2nd garage i never had. happy 19th!! (we had little mini piss up and some mint slices outside smags at like 1 am LOL). no but seriously. dont know what id do without you :)

so im thinking love isnt that great.

i guess things that you build up so much never really live up to your expectations.
like i thought it would be easy as to scoop ice cream all day...turns out ive burnt my hands a fair amount and the palms of my hands have developed a nice thick layer of protective coating from 'hot dish carrying'.

ive always been a bit of an idealist but today makes me feel like pessimism is the way to go. i guess il have to trial run it and see where it gets me.

a warning for anyone going to capitol tonight. this girl from work is going ( not mentioning names), and shes going to be wearing a really short dress and getting really drunk. just try to stay out of her spewing zone.

its funny. im not a psychologist just yet, but gelare seems to provide me with enough crazy people for my first year of work (not to mention all the people i know who iv secretly already booked in).
I guess we dont really notice it much.

so i work at a gelare where we work in an island thing, its not one of those shops where you can escape to the back and slack off. so no matter where you are, you cant escape people.
people order from everywhere! where you wash the dishes..near the waffle machine, near the muffins. Just because we work in an island thingy doesnt mean you can order from any side you like!!
ok so maybe people dont know this. but when we politely ask you to come to the till, please do not give us that 'oh my god i cant believe she just asked me to do that' look.
generally there are three varieties of gelare noobs. When asked to come to the till they say:

1) sure! sorry i didnt know.
2) ok + the 'look'
3) walk off and dont come back

in fact, one lady walked off and waited 10 minutes in the coffee club line JUST cos we asked her to go to the till! what an idiot.

and thats just ONE thing. dont even get me started on little kids, drunk guys and people who cant wait in line for more that 5 seconds.

oh well. its so worth it. i love you gelare :) you're such a good excuse to not do my essay.

tuesdays are fun. rain is not.

so another tuesday cleaning toby's apartment. i didnt make it to my 2 oclock lecture because it was raining and i had way too much hrm to do. i started my massive hrm assignment..and maybe possibly watched an episode of gossip girl. im pretty stressed out right now. haven't really been getting sleep which doesn't make anything easier. i guess i just have to get it done instead of putting it off. isnt that just the story of my life.
anyway.
i love dad. he made me lunch today cos mum is not here. he got up early and everything!! its funny how hes becoming mum+dad..so MAD. lol (i know its lame)
not really anything interesting. no new discoveries. had the usual trip back in amys car with rach in peak hour traffic. lots of good bonding time.
i guess sometimes when you think life is fucked up, its not.

back to the hrm. hope you can feel the enthusiasm.

i could be doing my assignment

so i could be doing my assignment instead of this but andy's blog totally inspired me to start blogging again. (and xiu!) i should update her link, (i think the last one is a myspace one).
anyways so i dont have uni on friday (yay) which means i can dedicate one whole day to OB. or not.
well its the tri law thing today, hope nat and tash have a good night!
dad came back today from thailand and random asian places. it was kinda nice it just being sim and i the last two nights though. i dropped her for her math test this morning, oh how i dont envy the 8 o clock tests.
i have to say despite the assignments, life is feeling pretty good today. im getting a nice income from cleaning tobys lovely apartment and working at gelare (thurs night and saturday), im not sick, and i havent failed anything yet.
well i guess its back to ob. might post again later if i feel the need to procrastinate...again.
